  • We do not guarantee that our site is error-free, complete, or current.

  • We reserve the right to correct errors, update content, and cancel orders at any time—even after an order has been placed, whether confirmed or not. If an order is canceled after payment, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Order Processing

  • When you place an order, you are offering to purchase a product at the listed price, subject to these terms.

  • To purchase from our website, you will need to register an account or provide an email address and other required details to complete checkout as a guest.

  • After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation, acknowledging receipt of your request. This does not confirm acceptance of your order.

  • A contract between us is only formed when you receive a shipment confirmation email.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased products comply with local regulations in their destination country.

  • Ownership of the products transfers to the customer once they are received from the shipping company.

  • Online purchases are non-refundable until the product has been received and returned as per our return policy.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • The original invoice must be included with the returned item(s).

  • Sale and promotional items are not eligible for returns.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not considered defective.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the order date. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

  • If a courier cannot reach you due to unanswered calls, a second attempt will incur additional charges.

  • Refund processing may take 1 to 15 business days, depending on the payment method.

  • Return shipping fees will be deducted unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or if the received item differs from the ordered item.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases, you must provide bank account details to receive your refund within 10 business days.

  • No deductions will be made for returns due to manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.

Shipping & Delivery

  • You will receive an email and a confirmation call once processing begins.

  • Orders are delivered within 2 to 6 business days.

  • If a courier cannot reach you after three attempts, your order will be canceled and returned.

  • We deliver across all Egyptian governorates.

  • All applicable taxes and fees are included in the final purchase price—no additional charges apply upon delivery.
